At The Boop Story, we prepare every experience with love, care, and a dash of tail-wagging excitement — for both
humans and their furry companions. To help us serve everyone better, here’s how our cancellation policy works:
Cancellations & Refunds
Pet Park Slots, Pet Spa Appointment
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booked time
- 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours
- No refund for no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before the slot
Human Meals & Pet Meals
- As meals are prepared fresh to order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
- No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before or in case of no-show
Modifications & Rescheduling
- Modifications are allowed once, free of charge, if made within the free cancellation window
- Reschedules made outside the window will be treated as cancellations + new bookings
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
