Room/Entire Home Cancellation Policy
Room Bookings (Day Stays / Overnight Stays)
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
- 50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before check-in
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows
Modifications & Rescheduling
- Modifications are allowed once, free of charge, if made within the free cancellation window
- Reschedules made outside the window will be treated as cancellations + new bookings
