Birthday Pawty Cancellation Policy Details

We know birthdays are special — and we start prepping the fun, the fluff, and the frosting well in advance! To help us
deliver the best experience for your pup’s big day, here’s how our birthday party cancellations work:
Cancellations & Refunds

• Full refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the party date
• 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before the party
• No refund if cancelled less than 3 before the scheduled party or in case of no-show

Important Notes:

• If you’ve opted for custom meals, décor, return gifts, or third-party add-ons (photographers, cake artists,
  etc.), their individual cancellation policies may apply and will be adjusted from your refund accordingly.
• In case of extreme weather or health emergencies, we’ll do our best to reschedule your pawty once
  without any extra charges, subject to availability.

Rescheduling Policy

• One-time free rescheduling allowed up to 72 hours before the party
• Reschedule requests made post 72 hours may incur a rescheduling fee (to cover prep and vendor charges)

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
